I received my call to the ministry in Apostolic fashion when Jesus appeared to me with the commissioning words to "Come Follow Me". This obedience to Christ has continued for over a quarter of a century and has allowed me to minister in various nations of the Earth in a variety of settings and mediums including the printed page, radio, television, open air crusades, Bible colleges and local churches.

Having doctorates in Biblical Studies and Theology, I am able to offer helpful insights for everyday life and living from the word of God, and do so in a fashion that is both comical and motivating.

Mark 16:20 says that God wishes to "watch over His Word to confirm it with signs following". Thus, I continually look for opportunities for the Holy Spirit to manifest Himself during the services as individuals receive healings, deliverances, and miracles too numerous to mention.

Susan Brewer Office Manager

I have attended New Life since February of 1992. I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and genuine acceptance shown at New Life. I have been on staff at New Life since 1999.

I have been married for 25 years to Mark Brewer. We have two sons, JD and John.

I am an avid sports fan. Atlanta Braves Baseball at the top of my list of favorites. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and our two cats.

Erik Humphrey Worship Team Leader

I was born near Chicago, and grew up in Northern Indiana. My family and I moved to Douglasville in 2002, from Salisbury, North Carolina.

My love for music began at a young age, with early memories of lying on the living room floor, between two speakers, listening to Dallas Holm’s “Rise Again”. Music and leading worship has developed into one of my greatest passions. I have led worship in Indiana and North Carolina, and have been involved with the music ministry at New Life for the past four years.

My greatest desire is to not only sing my worship to God, but to also act out my worship through serving the needs of others. In July, ’07, I helped start the ministry “Dude, Share The Food”, a cheerful group of people sharing food with the homeless on the streets of Atlanta.

Some of my favorite artists over the years have been: The Imperials; Bryan Duncan; Andrea Bocelli; Phil Keaggy; Harry Connick, Jr.; Chicago; Rich Mullins; DC Talk; Billy Sprague; The Cathedrals; Keb Mo; David Crowder; Salvador; Israel Houghton; Eric Clapton, and many others.

In my free time, I enjoy remodeling projects, eating sushi, hiking, eating salsa, being with my family (and doggie), and eating ice cream.

Tiffany Morse Children's Ministries Leader

I began attending New Life eight years ago with my husband, Chris. Two years ago, God blessed us with our daughter Abigail. I taught Georgia Pre-K and Fifth Grade at a private Christian School.

I love seeing children ask questions and learn about God. I want children to know that God is real, that this is a safe place where they can grow. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia, and hold a Teaching Certificate for Pre-K through Fifth Grade. I have been working as the Children’s Director since May of 2007 and am so blessed to be able to follow this dream.

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, traveling, Disney World, and the beach. I scrapbook and love watching our daughter discover new things.
